The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on last 15th of September, 2023. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Brown, with a quorum of homeowners in attendance.
Upon the call to order, the record from the previous meeting were reviewed and approved with some amendments.
- Mr. Davis, gave a concise financial update outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
- A number of homeowners raised questions regarding upcoming developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed tennis court construction and parking improvement projects.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing updates about the plans.
Concluding the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled click here for September, at a later date.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is presently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to strengthen the quality of life for all residents while tackling ongoing concerns and facilitating a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, quiet hours, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments carefully and forward their suggestions by September 1st.
- A public forum will be arranged on July 20th to address the proposed amendments in further elaboration.
Additional information regarding the proposed amendments can be obtained on the HOA's online platform. Residents are strongly encouraged to contribute in this important process.
The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program
Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by planting flowers, cleaning up public zones, and encouraging a sense of pride.
We're actively working on several projects, including the renewal of our community garden. We invite you to participate in making Sherwood Lakes a truly desirable place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the HOA Office.
A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Via unitedly participating, residents can help deter crime, look out one another's properties, and foster a stronger sense of community. Sessions will be held consistently to coordinate efforts.
